24: Gemini Energy: Tech & Communication with Lynsey O’Donnell

In today's episode, we kick off Gemini season with one of my best friends from childhood, Lynsey O'Donnell! 
In this conversation, we talk mostly about communication (so Gemini!) and also about Lynsey being a woman in the tech industry. She shares her perspective on Gemini energy because she has a LOT of it and really feels the retrogrades! Lynsey explains how being a natural communicator has his benefits but also a downside in a tech workplace.

23: Animals as Spirit Crumbs

In today's episode, I was inspired to talk about animals as spirit crumbs. I pulled the Power Animal card in Card Pull Friday last week and then was guided to the arboretum where I had some significant animal encounters!
I really love how we can receive such clear confirmations and validations that our guides and the universe are really supporting us and know what is in our hearts. I was so grateful for the accurate messages that I found within the symbolism of each animal. I connected with hawks, a snake, a groundhog and cardinals! I am being reminded over and over again to slow down and go within for a period of retreat. Transformation and rebirth are happening but the pause is a necessary part of the process.Learn about the symbolism behind some beautiful creatures as you think about your own animal spirit crumbs - and any that come up for you in the episode!

21: Returning to Silence

In today's episode, I was inspired to talk about the 24 Returning card from the Visionary I Ching deck which is based on the 24th hexagram in the I Ching. I have made connections to the 24th Gene Key as well.
This is an updated perspective on themes from my Processing Endings episode. I've found that the period between ending and beginning that I described in that episode is relevant to the 24th hexagram as well. When we get to the furthest extreme of a situation, we can choose to turn back inwards for a period of rest and renewal before we start to initiate action again. There is a cycle that we each have where this time of recharging is necessary. We cannot force our way forward.By looking at our patterns and addictions, we are able to take away the fear that prevents us from changing them. It is in these periods of silence that we are able to start to shift our consciousness and move forward with our next steps.

20: Taurus - Scorpio Axis in my Chart

Today is a full moon in Scorpio and we are in Taurus season. In this episode, I am talking about this axis in my chart and how I have aligned myself with those influences by following Spirit Crumbs.
Healing, transformation and art have become the main focuses of my work and reflect the Scorpio and Taurus axis and the planetary traits of Pluto and Venus. Clearing out what is no longer necessary - internally and materially - is what I'll be doing at this full moon!

18: Processing Endings

In this episode, I am talking about processing endings. 
Everything in life is a cycle. When we move from one to another, we tend to do this without reflection. I talk in this episode about how the invisible space between the ending of one cycle and the beginning of the next is so potent for growth!
The cycle of death and rebirth is one that I have become intimately connected to in my life and I talk about how I navigate this by really looking at the wisdom and shadows of every ending. 
I decided to record and publish this episode today because it is the New Moon in Aries. I mentioned that the birch tree represents the new year in Celtic and Shamanic astrology, but Aries is the new year for the astrological year as well! The birch themes of determination and initiation resonate a lot with Aries energy. The only Aries in my chart is Jupiter - so this is a lucky and prosperous time for me!

16: Throat Chakra: Intuition and Fear

The themes for this episode are intuition and fear. This episode is the second of two about the throat chakra and how our shadows can prevent us from moving forward confidently. 
I was inspired by the New Moon in Pisces and some recent live Instagram readings that revealed many blocks around trusting our intuition and feeling confident to be seen in our power. 
A spirit crumb led me to pull a book off my shelf that I hadn't read before. This brought an insight that was able to connect our throat chakra and intuition - the topics I've been trying to reconcile for awhile now! This insight is also the key to manifestation.

15: Throat Chakra: Truth and Freedom

The themes for this episode are truth and freedom. This episode is the first of two where I will talk about the throat chakra and how shadows around communication and speaking your truth can prevent us from moving forward confidently. 
The number 5 is the basis of this episode and also is the number of the year (2+0+2+1 = 5). The throat chakra is the 5th chakra and in numerology, 5 represents freedom, adventure and travel. I compiled some other connections to the number 5 to reinforce the throat chakra as the focus for the energy of this year. 
Self expression, truth, communication, sharing information and teaching are all characteristics associated with both the throat chakra and the number 5.
The next episode connects the throat chakra and its shadows to intuition and courage.

In this Episode, I am talking about compromise and balance. These themes came to me through Spirit Crumbs - a squirrel and the number 14. 
When I was deciding which topic to cover this week, I realized that this would be episode 14 and that made the choice for me!
Most of these concepts are from the 14th Gene Key which is called Radiating Prosperity. I talk about how following our dreams can actually lead us to abundance. In the process of doing this, we can have a balance of work and play without compromising our innate genius.

In this Episode, I give an overview of the sixth insight of The Celestine Prophecy - Clearing the Past. In this Insight, we discuss our unconscious control dramas and how we must learn what they are and why we were born into our particular family. By doing this work, we can connect to our purpose. 
There are four different control dramas: the interrogator, the aloof, the intimidator and the poor me. Each of these ranges from aggressive to passive and we learn these programmed roles from our parents to receive their attention. Time and space are no match for human intention. Einstein's work with quantum physics showed us that matter is not solid but actually full of empty space. When these particles are observed, they react based on expectation and intention - even if that means existing in multiple times and spaces. Everything, including plants and trees, has an energy field. We are able to see and interact with them when we can see the beauty of a being.

The First Insight: A Critical Mass

In this Insight, we learn that people are starting to feel an unconscious restlessness and are uncertain why. When our awareness is brought to the coincidences that mysteriously bring what we need at the right moment, we can see start to see that there is more to life. Once there are enough people waking up to the coincidences, a shift can start to take place.
