44: My Latest Spirit Crumbs

𝗠𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗯𝘀
For episode 44, I was inspired to choose something more magical to share! I decided to talk about some of the spirit crumbs that have come up for me. It's been awhile since I really got back to the core of Spirit Crumbs - synchronicity!
I have been receiving spirit crumbs in the form of songs, feathers, cars, poems, posts and having people mention what I am considering doing next on my path. There are so many ways to receive them, but what is the most magical thing about spirit crumbs is HOW they come to you!
I also talk about feeling called to do my spiritual work full-time in the not too distant future. This is something that I've had in my vision for awhile now and I am receiving more and more signs that the gap is closing.

43: The Four Agreements

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
In this Episode, I started by talking about the Lions Gate Portal and New Moon in Leo that just overlapped this Sunday, August 8. I love these energetic events and I explained that although they are potent opportunities for individual transformation, I prefer to offer group events to emphasize how we are all connected. Our heart chakra is a portal for connection and I feel like that was really strong during my Energetic Upgrade session that night!
I ended up talking about shadow work which is in my energy now as I am teaching a workshop on Chakra Shadow Work in the Initiation Circle today!
The book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz came into my awareness quite awhile ago, but I didn't read it until a couple of months ago. I was looking through the spiritual books available at my local library and it caught my eye. Then, it sat on my shelf until I heard it referenced in TWO podcast episodes in a row! 
After reading it, I found that it kept working its way into conversations and it felt like something I should share with you! It is a straightforward book that is more of a life philosophy than a spiritual book in many ways. There is a sequel, the Fifth Agreement, so I included all five in this episode!

I truly feel that now is the time for this book to come into my awareness and for all of us to be mindful of these principles. I really didn't relate it to shadow work until today, but I think we are all going to be facing a lot of that energy in the coming months!

42: Rest and Receive

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲
I followed a spirit crumb to share some downloads and insights that came to me from the cards I pulled yesterday morning (8/2) that really resonated with me.
I've been getting a lot of messages to slow down and rest, and to celebrate my accomplishments. I did allow myself some time to take in my recent graduation, but really only a day or two. And yet, I've been constantly learning and creating for the past couple of months without really taking a break!
I pulled the 21 World card from the Light Seers Tarot and 21 The Universe from the Psychic Tarot deck and knew that my guides were trying to emphasize the messages. Resting is HOW I can receive. The universe knows how hard I've been working and I need to learn that I am worthy to receive abundance and joy while I take a break.
The 2 is feminine and the 1 is masculine, so the receiving has to happen before I can start taking action on something new again. I even have the 2 Receptive Power from my Visionary I Ching deck card sitting on my desk as a reminder!
I shared about how I have always been more vague about what I want in order to avoid disappointment or to avoid seeming selfish or greedy. This doesn't work when we are calling in our desires!

41: Spirit Crumbs Update: Creativity & Community

𝕊𝕡𝕚𝕣𝕚𝕥 ℂ𝕣𝕦𝕞𝕓 𝕌𝕡𝕕𝕒𝕥𝕖𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 
In this episode, I am catching up on what spirit crumbs I’ve been following this summer while you were on the chakra series journey!
I realized I was meant to support others on their healing journey through grief or shadow work and in order to do that, I felt like a death doula course would reinforce my compassion and ability to hold space. I don’t even remember how I actually ended up getting to the point of signing up for a course, but I was definitely following the crumbs! I talked about the community I am launching for processing and integrating grief, identity shifts and life challenges. 
I also talked about how Leo season is particularly potent this year for creativity and connecting with community and soul family. This is partly because the season is bookended by TWO full moons in Aquarius (July 23 & August 22). Both Aquarius and Leo ask us to show up as our authentic self and tap into creativity! While Leo tells us to get in the spotlight, Aquarius encourages us to ask how we can connect to and serve our community. If we put these together, our community can find us and resonate with our authenticity and offerings!
The biggest spirit crumb I’ve followed in the past year was joining the Initiation Circle with Danielle Searancke! The circle is having its first anniversary on August 1 already!! I am a completely different person from that time and am so grateful for Danielle and her support. The community is a constant source of love and spirit crumbs!

In this episode, I had an amazing conversation with Amber Baker that felt like parts of it were channeled! Amber talks about her crown chakra opening and the near death experience that initiated this shift in consciousness. She shares how she connects to Source for her readings and works with her chakras as one complete system.
Amber offers some insight into how we are meant to ascend as humans into a more conscious state and the experiences that can happen when we are on that path. We talk about the connection between the heart and the crown chakra and the subtle ways you can tell when you’re channeling versus when your ego is creeping back in!

39: The Crown Chakra

𝕋𝕙𝕖 ℂ𝕣𝕠𝕨𝕟 ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕜𝕣𝕒
𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 & 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆
In Episode 39, I am discussing the basics of the crown chakra. This chakra is our direct connection to Source and unity consciousness. It is about oneness and divinity and is where I believe we channel other beings and from our Higher self. As the final chakra, it tells us that unconditional love and realizing our connection to all beings is the goal of our human spiritual journey. We remember that we have a divine spark that exists in all life.
As with the third eye chakra, there is more of a focus on opening than healing as most of our blocks are just normal human mindsets and limiting beliefs that we need to overcome. Letting go of attachments is central to the crown chakra. 
It is important to remember that all of the chakras work together as one system and in order to maintain balance, we have to address our human needs and spiritual needs equally. It’s easy to stay in the upper chakras once we discover their energy because being a human is hard!

37: The Third Eye Chakra

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
In Episode 37, I am discussing the basics of the third eye chakra. This is where we open to our psychic abilities and connect to our intuition. The third eye chakra is also the center of our clairvoyance, clear seeing, and is where we experience inner vision, dreams and imagination. Once we have awakened our third eye, our perspective shifts to a more spiritual lens and we are able to better discern what is true in this world.
As mentioned in this episode, we all experience this awareness differently and the more we trust our intuition, the more similar experiences we will attract! Testing our intuition with guessing games and dedicating some time to meditation are great ways to open this chakra more.
Our inner wisdom also can be accessed through our third eye chakra and can help us to connect to the guidance of our guides, angels and our Higher Self.

35: The Throat Chakra

In Episode 35, I am discussing the basics of the throat chakra. This is where we communicate from and speak our truth to the world. The throat chakra asks us to balance listening and talking in our interactions, discerning what needs to be communicated.  
In order to speak our truth, we need to find our authenticity. In order to show up as ourselves, we need to know who that is and what resonates with us. In this episode, I am chatting with Amanda DeBernardi, who was my Usui Reiki teacher! She has a beautiful energy of love. She is talking about how self love is at the center of all love that comes from the heart chakra. When we learn to love ourselves, our capacity for love expands!
Amanda also shares her feelings about Reiki being pure love. She has a special place in her heart for Reiki attunements and the intense love that is felt during those ceremonies. I know that I definitely felt that during both of my attunements with her!
Shadow work is also something that Amanda attributes to healing the heart chakra. Learning to love ALL parts of ourselves allows us to integrate and truly feel self love. She really embraces this work and the notion that all healing is self healing.Her suggestions for heart chakra healing and self love are accessible and really motivating!

I talk about abortion at the end of the episode and I give another warning for when I will talk about that part of my journey for anyone who is okay with the other topics.
This is a very vulnerable episode, but one that I have been feeling called to share for awhile. It is important for me to align with my authenticity and share my story. I have alluded to the fact that I have been dealing with a lot in 2021 so far, but haven’t shared any details. Honestly, I had so much going on that I wouldn’t have known where to start. I talk in this episode about how I am 33 this year and starting in 2020, I was receiving the inner knowledge that this would be a "Jesus year" journey for me (Jesus died at 33). Though I am not religious, I resonate a lot with the Ascended Masters. The fact that this ended up being episode 33 is just another spirit crumb showing up for me!
I recently decided to write a book as part of my healing journey and a way to share what I have learned along the way. I know that I am meant to walk others through major times of struggle, so I had to dive into grief that I skipped over while I was in survival mode. 
In this episode, I start by talking about my experiences with death and grief at a young age and how there were signs along the way that this was an area that I could really hold space for people. I was thinking about what I could do to better prepare myself for this and ended up enrolling in an online Death Doula certification course that is lighting my soul up in a way I didn't expect! I could talk for a whole episode on how my human design and astrology natal chart support this as my path. My tenth house is in Scorpio and Pluto and Mars are hanging out in there, so I feel like that should have already been a pretty big hint!
I share a bit about how my feelings have shifted around my bankruptcy and how I am still on great terms with my former partner. Although I am still walking through some of the healing, these were challenges that have helped me to release some heavy emotions that I was walking around with for awhile.
I talk about my abortion, not in too much detail because I am still in the process of working through grief. I also shared how I've connected with Mary Magdalene and Quan Yin during my healing process around this challenging time.
I was originally going to share these parts of myself after the book was completed, but my soul and guides have been reminding me that people need to hear it now. I will be working on circles and workshops to process and release past versions of yourself.

32: The Heart Chakra

In Episode 32, I am discussing the basics of the heart chakra. This is where we experience love, gratitude and connection. Part of our journey of the heart is learning to give and receive love freely. Many of us have protective layers around our heart chakras from past hurts.
Forgiveness and compassion are integral to healing this chakra. These are important to direct toward others and ourselves. Whether or not we receive apologies or forgiveness from others, we need to have compassion and forgiveness for our own actions and pain. 
This is a lot easier said than done! However, learning that our heart is the portal to access the Divine within can assist with receiving love for ourselves from within. The heart chakra is the centre of the chakra system, representing the bridge between our lower human chakras and upper spiritual chakras. The heart can transmute our pain into love.

30: The Solar Plexus Chakra

In Episode 30, I am discussing the basics of the solar plexus chakra. This is where we access our personal power and identity. Solar plexus energy gives us confidence and the drive to take action towards our purpose and manifestations. Because of the yellow solar energy in this chakra, we sometimes see this as an inner flame that gets ignited to spark our motivation. This fire energy also reminds me of the sign of Leo in astrology! This sign also rules the 5th house, where we experience the playfulness of children and let ourselves be seen in the spotlight. I am continuing my series of 7 weekly Group Distance Quantum Reiki and Crystal healing sessions called Journey through the Chakras. We will focus on the third eye chakra this Wednesday, June 9 at 9pm EDT. You can sign up for $3.33 per session! (regularly $33.33!).

25: Introduction to the Chakras

This episode is the introduction to a series of episodes on the chakras! One chakra will be released each week, starting with the root chakra next week on June 8. I am SO excited to announce that I will be releasing 2 episodes per week for each of the chakras - one overview and one INTERVIEW! The interviews will be with someone who is learning to master something related to the chakra of the week!
This week's episode is an overview of the chakras. I talk about the location, colour and key themes for each one. I discuss how the chakras are energy centres in alignment with our spines and that together they are one system. Our emotions and experiences move through the chakra system and can cause them to become unbalanced. There are many ways that we can bring them back into alignment including meditation, yoga, crystals, energy healing and movement.
Follow along for the next 7 weeks as we dig deeper into every chakra. In the first episode each week, I will discuss the themes and shadows of each one. Some more specific healing techniques and affirmations will be provided. The second episode each one will be an interview with someone who has an intimate relationship with the chakra of the week. Their experiences of healing and struggling are inspiring and so relatable!The schedule for the chakra series is as follows:
