84: Animal Guides & Pruning Your Life

𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲
This week, I was inspired to talk about animals. It turns out almost exactly a year ago, I released my episode on Animals as Spirit Crumbs! The themes of the episodes around that time are all aligned with what I've been talking about recently, especially resting.
The eclipse energy has been rough but I feel like there are some big shifts on the horizon. It feels like there are cycles ending and I need to keep leaning into my feminine.
I shared about how rabbits are so aligned with the focus for my art that came up in an Akashic Records reading. The other theme that came up was from the harvest cycle of the 12 houses in astrology. I'm in my 4th house, which is the house of pruning and weeding. It's time to cut back some of the many things we've started in Aries season with that fire & cardinal energy!

83: Connecting Nature and Spirituality with Purple and Yellow

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄
I knew since last week's episode that I wanted to talk about how the majority of the flowers in early spring are purple and yellow. The solar plexus, third eye and crown chakras have been prominent in my readings as inspiration and confidence are moving us forward! 
I kept feeling the need to delay recording and more insights came as I sat with the topic. I started rereading Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer a couple of weeks ago and on the night I had planned to record the episode, I picked up the book instead. In it, she has a whole chapter inspired by the same observation - why do purple asters and goldenrod bloom together?
Just like the author, I am always trying to make connections between nature and art; science and spirituality. The unfolding of this episode was the perfect example of how this happens!

82: The Magic of Slowing Down to Receive

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲
I had planned to talk about worthiness, but had a lot of spirit crumbs come through when I followed through with taking Thursday just for myself! The new moon eclipse in Taurus felt amplified with the earth energy I've been exploring this week too. Taking time for myself is still related to worthiness because it's taken me a long time to feel that it is worth my time to do what I love! I finally listened to my body and took the time to slow down.
In this episode, I talked about how I went for a long walk and was feeling pulled to the wildflowers along the way. I had plant consciousness and flower essences come up a lot throughout the day. These are things that have been in my awareness for awhile and it feels like now is the time to align with them! I signed up for a course to help me focus on channeling plant consciousness and receiving messages directly from the trees I've been working with recently. 
I looked up the qualities of the flower essences of the flowers in my neighbourhood and was amazed at how aligned they are with my focus the past few weeks! They made me realize that the meanings of my name and middle name are a balance between masculine and feminine energy, much like the violet.

81: Taurus Season Tarot Hints

𝗧𝗮𝘂𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀
Aries season was a whirlwind of energy! I took some time to share about the final push I needed to finally schedule some creative time for myself each week. I've committed to it! I also talked about how the Aries season forecast turned out.
The tarot hints for Aries season talked about downloads and birthing creative projects in a time of opportunity, while also pinpointing what is keeping us from following through. I definitely felt that as I hosted a couple of classes and had many downloads! I also didn't take time to create freely.
In Taurus season, it feels like a continuation of this energy. Finding clarity from the lessons of Aries season, there is a fast moving energy we can take advantage of this month! We will need to lead ourselves to avoid self sabotage and responding negatively toward others as well.

80: Finding Focus & Balance in Everyday Life

This week's episode is related to the topic of overwhelm from last week. I am talking today about different technologies and systems I've implemented to help me stay focused throughout the day!
Do you find yourself getting to the end of the day feeling exhausted and also realizing that you didn't accomplish much despite being really busy?
Like a lot of you, I am often trying to do more than one thing at a time while also being distracted by messages and notifications that feel urgent. This cycle increases my anxiety and I realized that I needed to create some simple structures to feel more in control of my time.
I talked about:
- having notebooks/pads in every room to write tasks that come to mind
- using wireless headphones with ambient music for walks and getting organized in the morning
- getting a wireless keyboard and mouse to be more comfortable working
- my colour coded whiteboard calendar
- using a Pomodoro timer app to take regular breaks
- taking walks every day
- scheduling rest days into my week
 

79: Choosing Your Reality & Reconnecting to the Body

𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆
Today is a super rare conjunction between Neptune and Jupiter in Pisces, a major opportunity for expansion and mindset shifts. I'm not an astrologer, but I have been feeling this energy! I taught a class called Manifesting with Synchronicity yesterday in the Spirit School Collective and will be teaching it again for anyone who wants to register and join. It was so fun and brought the group synchronicity and healing messages.
I talked in this episode about how sometimes we stop ourselves from trying something based on someone else's review, experience or forecast of what an opportunity will be like. What is true for one person is not necessarily your reality. I explained how this concept was brought back to my attention.
I've been releasing a lot of trapped overwhelm with an Emotion Code practitioner and most of it has been absorbed from others. I have been working on finding more practices and tools to increase my focus and productivity but I realized that the overwhelm has been preventing me from feeling calm enough in my body to be still. I have noticed a big shift from implementing some small changes and am looking forward to what will unfold!
Next week, I will share more about what I have been learning and implementing on this journey to more clarity and ease around keeping focused. I will also talk about how I have been finding more balance between work and life. Because I had planned to cover this today, I'm sure I will find some nuggets of wisdom before next week!

This week, I was inspired to talk about how I have discovered the similarities between my creative and decision making processes. I was going to talk about how I am developing my energy healing process as well, but I guess it wasn't time yet. Maybe something new is coming!
 
Over the past year, I have been transitioning out of survival mode and connecting back to my body. This has revealed how I feel in my body when a decision or idea lights me up! I also talk about how there is a "fermentation" process that happens when I am first considering a change or creative project.

This week, I decided to share about my upcoming workshops and do a card pull for Aries season!
First, I have an energy healing and art event where you can bring your favourite art materials and create in the group energy. You don't need any experience. We will be moving the energy and channeling it into something new. It is always fascinating to see all of the different interpretations of the same experience!
Secondly, I will be running Spirit Crumbs: Manifesting with Synchronicity 101 for FREE! It is an introduction to the 7 week Spirit Crumbs Chakra Series where we will follow the manifesting process through our chakras to receive and act on spirit crumbs. I am so excited to see what everyone finds clarity on and calls in during our time together!

75: Spirit Crumbs & Coming Full Circle

In this episode, I shared some spirit crumbs that have come up recently that were tangible and really helped to validate the direction I've been wanting to go!
I have been wanting to focus more on my healing work and art and the movie PS I Love You brought some important messages! My guides often send me more tangible spirit crumbs when changes and breakthroughs are close, so I am really excited to see what comes during Pisces and Aries season.
I also shared about how plants have been coming back to me full circle! I wasn't entirely sure where I was going to go with this episode but that is where I went. I was thinking about sharing how the book 𝘈 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘔𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴 came to me through spirit crumbs and fits into this full circle energy! However, I will share about that in another episode :)

72: Nostalgia & Falling Back in Love with Yourself

I have been thinking about past versions of myself. Moments in time when I was full of joy. Connected to my feminine energy. A confident leader. I realized that these are all of the qualities I've been trying to hard to embody recently but I already have them. 
Watching the Superbowl Halftime Show, I found myself so nostalgic and even crying. I was brought back to previous versions of myself and something reawakened! Music is so powerful and I feel like I need more of it in my life. I was suddenly seeing my life as a series of cassettes, CDs and playlists.
Sometimes, I think we need to go back to the honeymoon stages in our lives - childhood, our twenties - when we had so few worries and hang-ups. Who were you? What made you light up? What did you love to do? 
Bring that spark back to your relationship with yourself!

71: Spirit Crumbs from Nature

I've been receiving messages to connect more with nature for awhile. In the past couple of weeks, I have been tapping into my intuition and doing some research on some of the plants that have come into my awareness.
Just like books, I choose my plants intuitively. Only recently did I think to look up the symbolism of the houseplants in my apartment. Since the Animals as Spirit Crumbs episode was so popular, I thought it would be fun to share what I learned about my connection to nature and plants. 
Even in readings, I have received messages about grounding, spending time in nature and fairies!

70: New Moon in Aquarius Reading

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴
This episode is a short reading for the energy of the new moon, the 2/2 manifestation portal and Imbolc. We are halfway between the winter solstice and the spring equinox as we enter this time of manifestation and transformation!
The first messages reminded us to be honest with ourselves about our desires and the old patterns and stories that may be preventing us from moving forward. We need to think about whether we've been putting on a mask and covering up our true goals with humour/sarcasm or other coping mechanisms. Do you remember who you are and what you want beneath all of that extra weight?
This is a beautiful time for creation and co-creation as new opportunities and partnerships are on the horizon. Once you are honest with what you desire to manifest, look out for spirit crumbs to guide you towards success! You are building a new foundation without the old stories and identities that you've held onto for too long.

68: Full Moon in Cancer: Inner Child & Creative Environments

𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿: 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 & 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
I was born on a full moon in Cancer on a Monday, so I have been anticipating an intense transformation with this transit. 
This weekend, I committed to resting and doing feminine activities. NO work! I had a reiki session and attended a guided intuitive movement class scheduled for Sunday and other than that, nothing else planned.
Inner child work has been coming up and was very prominent. I was brought back to the creative and sensitive little girl who loved to dance and draw and write. 
I ended up purchasing an online watercolour course that I started on Saturday. Having a guided experience to engage with and play was so invigorating!
I remembered that my Human Design environment is kitchens - places of alchemy like an art or dance studio. I love the creative process! I love being in that flow! I love helping others find their flow.
This helped me realize why I am so drawn to helping others through their transformation to birth their own creative expressions.

67: Throat Chakra Card Pull: Stagnation & Spirit Crumbs

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗹: 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗯𝘀
This week, my energy wasn't aligning with any of the episodes I had on my list. Right when I was about to skip this week, I had an inspiration to pull a few cards. The cards were so aligned and reminded me that I had planned on talking about my new offering, the 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞. 
This event is on 𝘑𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘺 31𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘵 7𝘱𝘮 𝘌𝘋𝘛/4𝘱𝘮 𝘗𝘚𝘛. I will open the event by pulling a few cards and then do an energy healing session where participants will be invited to choose their experience by either meditating, journaling, dancing, singing - whatever feels good! During the remainder of the session, you can journal, stay in the energy or share with the group. We will hold space and sit in the beautiful collective energy and then I will close out the group. 
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐢𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧 @𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐜𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬.
The cards I pulled were all about stagnation and receiving the signs and spirit crumbs that are leading you out of it! The third house in astrology was pulled and brought in themes of communication and our early childhood experiences. It is a reminder that some inner child healing around using your voice may be necessary.

66: Birthday Reflection & 2022 Tarot Forecast

𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁
Today is my 34th birthday and because it's on a Tuesday, I decided to do a reflection  & forecast episode this week.

33 was an incredible year with a pretty equal balance of light and shadow. I experienced a lot of loss but what I gained is more than I could have imagined. Reflecting on where I am now really filled me with gratitude. I am living a lot of what I wished for last year: time freedom, self employment, spiritual work, soul family. 
My words for 2022 are harmony, build and connection. Harmony has come up a lot and my goal is to balance building my practice with making time for meaningful connection.
