In this episode, Michelle Smith is talking about her journey from self doubt to owning her power! This heartfelt chat was about limiting beliefs about ourselves can manifest in our mind, body and soul. We talk about anxiety and conditioning and how that contributes to a lack of confidence in ourselves.

Michelle shares some personal experiences from a rock bottom when her health reflected some inner struggles that she needed to address. We talk about anxiety, inner child healing and making commitments to yourself. Michelle's candid stories were so relatable and we had so many laughs. I could talk to her all day!
