17: Distance Energy Healing

In Episode 17, I am talking about distance energy healing from my perspective. I talk about how distance sessions made me feel comfortable to experience Reiki for the first time. 

I describe how I structure my Distance Quantum Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions so that you can have an understanding of how my side of the energy exchange works! During this episode, I also go over the ways my clients prepare for their sessions and what some of their experiences have been.
